Heel pain is a very common problem these days. With prolonged standing, or repetitive stressful activities the planter fascia in the foot gets injured causing the symptoms of pain.
The physiotherapy management includes
1. Relieving stress from the heel.
2. Immersing the foot in hot and cold water simultaneously
3. use of electrotherapy machines like
Apart from this exercise plays a very important role in management and prevention of planter fasciitis.
