NUH Physiotherapy – Hamstring stretch bed exercise

This exercise stretches the back of your thigh (hamstrings) on the bed. It improves and maintains flexibility of the knee.

You are responsible to perform this exercise within your own limits. If you feel pain or any physical discomfort while performing the exercise, stop immediately and consult your physiotherapist.
